Returns & Exchanges

At howies, we want you to love every piece of clothing you purchase, but if something isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original labels and tags are included.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt to monitor the status of your refund.
